أوضح الوزير أن الهيئة العامة للاستثمار تمتلك نسبة 24.608% من رأسمال شركة زين، مضيفا: وفي إجابة الوزير التي أحيلت إلي بتاريخ 22/11/2009 عن سؤالي الموجه إليه بتاريخ 10/11/2009 عن مقدار النسبة التي تملكها الهيئات العامة والمؤسسات العامة ولاسيما المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية وذلك حتى 1/8/2009 أوضح الوزير أن المؤسسة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية تمتلك نسبة قدرها 2.97% بصورة غير مباشرة من شركة زين بتاريخ 1/8/2009، وقال: ولما كانت النسبة التي تمتلكها كل من الهيئة العامة للاستثمار 24.608% والمؤسسة العامة للتأمينات الاجتماعية 2.97% تبلغ في مجموعها 27.578% من رأسمال شركة «زين»

And the minister said that the public authority of investment own 24.608% of Zain and the public institution for social security own by indirect mean 2.97% which make the total 27.578%

ج- الشركات والمنشآت التي تساهم فيها الجهات المبينة بالبندين السابقين بنسبة لا تقل عن 25% من رأسمالها بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة عن طريق شركات أو منشآت تساهم الدولة أو الهيئات العامة أو المؤسسات العامة أو غيرها من الأشخاص المعنوية العامة في رأسمالها بنصيب ما

The companies and entities that the mentioned own not less than 25% by direct or indirect mean by companies or entities owned by the public

I love how he dig in and found a way to ask his question because the minster is required by law now to answer him, since he showed that the public own over 25% of a company
