Who wasn’t heard this or some of its variations ?

I’m totally sick of it , i hear it a lot , why not the USA ? or Japan ?

Well now we do something like the UAE and people are complaining

When the Ministry of Interior said they will deport expatriate that violate red traffic , there was blog posts complaining , news article ..etc

But wait , do you think we started this first ?

ABU DHABI — The Minister of Interior can order deportation of expatriate violators of the new federal traffic law and the black points system that came into effect yesterday, a senior official has clarified.

The deportation as a penalty for some cases of violation has been incorporated in the amended law on the instructions of Lt-Gen. Shaikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Interior.

and yes thats federal , so even Dubai expatriate can be deported

So we are like UAE , be happy

And it Was packed !

Been a while since we had a packed blogger meeting there were a lot of new faces this time
Attendance were

– Tat The Don and he has a topic up about his birthday cake
– G ( his user name is one letter , what can i do )
– Nibaq with a big afro !
– chikapappi first female blogger attendance WHAAAAAAAT ?
yes first female blogger listed on safat to attend a blogger meeting , history was written
more on her experience in her blog
– we got two contributors from bizkitpark
– the stallion Was there also
– ducati
– Mr_CHoCoLaTe
– Я ( yes another 1 letter 🙂 )
– chilloutkuwait another female attendance <-- wait , WHAAAAAAT !!! 🙂 yes another female blogger ( bloggerite ? blogrine ? ) she also is written in history as first Kuwaiti female blogger listed in safat to attend a blogger meeting 🙂 There has been many discussions about many items , there is demand for action , things to come - Community events - Party ( them people and their parties ) - Sport day ( discussion moved toward paint ball , it seem people want to shoot someone 🙂 ) - Visits to couple places ( couple places suggested like entertainment city , Kubar island ) By the way , next meeting in wednesday 16th April , see you there 🙂

Segregate!

While i was checking Safat aggregator i found this post titled segergate!

And it was asking for a 1 day per week as a female only day in shopping malls

I agree with that , but why stop there ? i demand also one day for males , as in males only per month
now you may wonder , why a day without Women ?

the answer is easy , first off , so i don’t see clowns

( that is supposed to be a lady , I’m not that great in paint 😛 )

or chicks trying to score a idiot bobbing around like a boxer

not only that , but it would reduce non shoppers to minimum , why ? because men who go there to score or wait to bait a hook
wouldn’t go if there is no women , thus the place would be good for shopping

One time i went to Sook Sharg , and took me around 20 minutes to find a parking , but after i passed the food court area there was no one in sight ! and there is no exclusive restaurant in that food court , there were only guys and gals fishing

Impressions from Dubai

So i was in Dubai , but because Flicker is banned there ( and i’m too lazy to search for Proxy to upload pictures while there ) i just uploaded a couple to my flicker

So here is couple of pictures with my comments on them

Now this kinda pose a problem , the device is called eGO same name as the service Zain is running in Kuwait , its a Device by Promate
which is sold in most Electronic shops

virgin seem to have a big promo going with the Dubai shopping festival , each virgin branch had a batman in it , and the one at UAE mall had spider man also
of course he was smiling and waving which set off my comic nerd alert , because batman doesn’t smile and he is too rich to be working as paper boy , spider man is belivable ( he is after all poor )

anyway

I like how they change the picture on these stuff from time to time , and not leave them as they came from the factory ( yes i’m looking at you shops in Kuwait that use those stuff )
