Richelieu In Kuwait

Cardinal Richelieu for those who do not know him, was the villain in the three musketeer story and film

But that is not the Richelieu I want to talk about, it’s the Richelieu Award that was supposedly awarded to the Prime minister and published in many newspapers (including the official Kuwait news agency[Link])

So I was wondering, what is the Richelieu Medal, I never heard of it before, so what I do when I have something I have no prior knowledge of? Of course I got to Google

And at Google it seem I can’t find any results of Richelieu Medal other than KUWAITI SITES

Who won this award before him? I can’t find any answers
Is this award fake?

Let’s see some other fact that support that this is a hoax

The university that supposedly giving the award is the same University Kuwait signed an agreement to sponsor programs at that University [Link][Arabic]

The same professor in the news who is presenting the award is a guest at a lot of Conferences in Kuwait Like this one [link][Arabic but names in english ]

And what other stuff that Professor worked on?

Model UNESCO, and who are the student running this model UNESCO?
Two Kuwaiti students (too much Kuwaitis here it seem)

And if you are wondering where you read these two students names, one of them was mention before in two other Kuwaiti blogs ( The Student has appeared in official business without having any known authority other than personal relations )

الكاردينال ريشيليو بالنسبة لأولئك الذين لا يعرفونه ، كان الشرير في قصه و فيلم الفرسان الثلاثة

ولكن ليس هذا هو ريشيليو أريد أن أتحدث عنه و إنما ميدالية ريشيليو و التي قيل انه تم منحها لرئيس الوزراء والتي نشرت في العديد من الصحف (بما في ذلك وكالة الانباء الكويتية الرسمية (كونا)

ولذلك كنت أتساءل ، ما هي وسام ريشيليو ، وأنا لم اسمع به من قبل ، وذلك ما أقوم به عندما يكون لدي شيء ليس لدي أي علم مسبق؟ طبعا أنا استخدمت جوجل

و لكن غير موجود في جوجل و النتائج الوحيدة هي الخبر من المواقع الكويتية

من فاز بها من قبل ؟ لا نعلم
هل هي وهميه ؟

لنري بعض الحقائق و التي تدعم فرضيه أنها خدعه

الجامعة التي من المفترض أن تمنح الجائزة هي نفس الجامعة التي وقعت الكويت معها اتفاقا لتقديم برامج

الأستاذ الذي سيقدم الجائزة هو ضيف لعده مؤتمرات في الكويت مثل

و الاستاذ عمل علي نموذج اليونسكو و المشاركين به طالبين كويتيين

احد هذه الاسماء صار عليه كلام من اول شوف مدونات مثل

[حلم جميل]

Where are the cops when you need one

Now we hear of the despicable attack on Zaid AlZaid , Alaan Publisher , It shows that there are people who can’t accept others opinions and can’t discuss it in a civil way.

Where are the police ? why don’t they patrol these area’s ? or they want just to cover the people inside and write what they say only ?

We always hear the phrase
“The Police are in the service of the people”

But not in Kuwait It seem, where the police are doing random stuff like stopping people from going offRoading or installing speed camera’s

Security is more important, you need to make people safe
Everyone keeps on saying we live in safety unlike this or that country, I’m afraid we are moving closer to those countries, When people are getting insulted on TV and you can’t do a thing, when you get attacked and no one care to do anything to stop future attacks, and then we are living in a jungle

So we have a writer in AlJarida saying we should have a new Award for bloggers in the name of Abdullatif AlDuaij

الكاتب الالمعي الوشيحي بجريده الجريده مقترح جائزه للمدونيين بإسم عبداللطيف الدعيج

حمل الأخرى اسم عبداللطيف الدعيج وتخصص للمدونين الكويتيين

And another carrying the name of Abdullatif AlDuaij for Kuwaiti Bloggers

So a Blogger Award in his name ? do you you even read this guy articles ?
lets see what we have

جائزه بإسمه ؟ من صجه هذا ؟ خل نشوف مع بعض نموذج او عينه من الي قاله عن المدونات من قبل

When no one ask him or anyone before him did it , he classify bloggers as Shia and Sunna and throw Random statistic out of his mind about how many Shia bloggers

تحصين الجداول الانتخابية، احكمت امره إدارة الانتخابات في وزارة الداخلية، ومن ضمن ذلك «اغلاق الباب امام مزدوجي الجنسية من التصويت في دائرتين مختلفتين، مثلما كان يحدث في الدوائر الـ 25 قبل الغزو، وبعده بسنوات قليلة».

واكد مسؤول طلب عدم نشر اسمه لـ «الوطن» ان «مزدوج الجنسية لن يستطيع الادلاء بصوته مرتين، حتى لو اختلف اسمه في الاثبات الكويتي عن هويته في الدولة الخليجية الاخرى، وهذا بفضل رصد الارقام الموحدة وارقام الجنسية والبطاقة المدنية، ووضع ذلك في برنامج خاص في اجهزة كمبيوتر سرية، اضافة الى كشوف محصنة يمنع التلاعب فيها».

The election department in the Ministry of Interior is done with securing the electorate list , among it closing the gate on people with dual nationality to vote in two separate districts as it happened before the Iraqi Invasion and couple of years after it

An unnamed Source assured Alwatan Daily that ” A dual Nationality would not be able to vote twice even if his name in the Kuwait ID does not match his Gulf ID and that is by tracking the National Number and Nationality identification and Civil ID and putting all that in secret computer programs and secure list that can’t be manipulated

Now you may be asking , that sound fine and dandy , whats my beef with them ?
I’ll tell you what

What use is it ?

WHY WOULD ANY NONE KUWAITI IDENTIFICATION BE ACCEPTED IN A KUWAITI ELECTION IN THE FIRST PLACE ??!??!??!!??

To vote you need to present your Kuwaiti Nationality paper , you Civil ID or Driving license is not accepted , HOW DO YOU USE YOUR GULF ID FOR IT ?!?!?

Oh and that news report is written by 11 people !! and contain at least 14 news item mashed in one news report …..
