Where is the Creditability AlQabas ?

So AlQabas has this section with comments on Ramadan programs , during the last week of Ramadan they started using Tweets from Kuwaitis commenting on Ramadan programming

Some Tweeters were not amused that they just used the Tweets without Credits

So AlQabas just decided to write the name of the tweeter but no the link or the user name he use so you you will have to search and search to find him
for example today they have [Link][Arabic Pdf]
and here [Link][Arabic Pdf]

and i’m who is this Sara ? have you tried searching for just sara on Twitter ?
But hey , its Traditional newspaper in Kuwait , and for some reason they hate Internet

Then in today Issue today they list some comedy tweets about Qaddafi and what i see ? [link][Arabic PDF]

Wait a minute ? why every Twitter user is listed here and not just names and let search as you been doing for Kuwaiti users ?
Do the other Arabic Twitter User deserve recondition but Kuwaiti do not ?

I think a lot have seen the New Qualitynet Ad for Ramadan

What it seem is that Qualitynet have no idea what they paid for , first its not an ad for their service , the director was going for a comedy sketch , not to mention it show Qualitynet service as bad

lets dissect this ad

First guy ask his maid to Make an Egg-omelette for him and what does she says ( while clicking on the laptop )
“We don’t have ” ” ماكو ”

What is she is “We don’t have ” , not i don’t want to , but we don’t have
So they are missing something to make Egg-omelette
and since the maid is internet Savvy , she can use Laptop , she was going to order egg
but since the man seem to be in the mood of Youtube he blow all his bandwith cap and she couldn’t reach taw9eel Page

This guy is working in a company ( clear from the setting ) , and he says the project is finished and he keep on asking for more time to send it to the other guy

Qualitynet introduced Smart connection for businesses [AlQabas][Arabic]
So this guy is suffering

Now this is a student , who is trying to access his e-mail but can’t , and keep asking his private tutor for a bit more time
So its slow for him also , AKa he has slow Service

And before you say maybe that is them suffering before , no at the end of the AD , they all appear and say
“Our Speed is Qualitynet , nothing is like it ”

So to recap
The Director made a Couple short comedy sketch’s
The Ad tell us Qualitynet services are bad
The Ad tell us people in Kuwait don’t care about bad service they are still happy

There seem to be a lot of people who keep saying there is a problem with Muslims

Like Why wouldn’t they want to show female pictures ?

Or Why would they protest if someone used a picture of someone holy to them in an inappropriate matter

Or even the sick things like Celebrating in the street for people getting killed

Why it is only Muslims that do these stuff ? WHY ?

The General Manager of the Diplomatic institute in the Ministry of foreign affair said that the results of the Diplomats is going to be published online on the ministry website

This has only one , and one meaning , the guy who published it in the minsitry own the other site , and wanted the Traffic

هذا معناه شيء واحد ، الشخص الذي كلف بنشر المعلومات يملك موقع الحراج و اراد ان يرفع عدد زوار موقعه

alaan [Arabic] ( kuwaiti online newspaper ) posted the answer provided by the Minster of publich health for the parliment member

The question was about the appointment of the health atachee in Germany
One part just show one major problem in Kuwait

ثالثاً: الطلبات المقدمة لشغل وظيفة ملحق صحي عدد (27) طلبا استبعد منها 18 طلبا لعدم استيفائهم للشروط الواردة بالقرار الوزاري رقم 60/ 2007 وقرار مجلس الخدمة المدنية رقم 7/ 1993 بشأن وظائف ومرتبات الأطباء الكويتيين :

Third , the number of application were 27 , 18 were excluded for not fulfilling the requirements which were published in the Ministry Decree 60/2007 , and the Decree of the Council of Civil Service commission number 7/1993

18 out of 27 , over 66% DIDN’T FULFILL THE REQUIREMENTS , they didn’t fail in the interview ( which is normal ) THEY DIDN’T EVEN HAVE THE REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY YET THEY APPLIED NONE THE LESS

its clearly some didn’t bother to read the requirements or check if they meet it or not , which is a huge problem , and a lot it seem do not check or read before hand , and that is one thing can be solved with transparency, like in this example people can’t see they kicked more than half of the applicant just to interview their buddies , because we know why each one was refused
